Με συμμετοχή 150 ατόμων, από 12 χώρες και από 4 ηπείρους, συμμετέχουν θα πραγματοποιηθεί το Lifestyle Conference 2023, που διοργανώνεται από 13 έως 18 Νοεμβρίου 2023, στο GRECOTEL Hotels & Resorts, στο Ρέθυμνο.
Πρόκειται για ένα διεθνές συνέδριο που φέρνει εκλεκτούς ηγέτες σκέψης («thought leaders»), από τους χώρους της ιατρικής, της διατροφής, της ευεξίας, της εστίασης και του τουρισμού.
Ο μοναδικός χαρακτήρας του Cretan Lifestyle είναι ο συνδυασμός των «state-of-the-art» ακαδημαϊκές ομιλίες και παρουσιάσεις με εξαιρετικές βιωματικές εκδρομές και εμπειρίες ιστορίας, πολιτισμού και γαστρονομίας, σε αξέχαστους τόπους, μεσ’ την αγκαλιά της Κρητικής φιλοξενίας.
Σημειώνεται ότι το πρώτο συνέδριο «Cretan Lifestyle» φιλοξένησε περίπου 100 συμμετέχοντες από 10 χώρες, και αποτέλεσε τα θεμέλια της επιτυχίας του φετινού συνεδρίου, ανεβάζοντας τις εγγραφές των συνέδρων από Αμερική, Καναδά, Νότιο Αμερική και Ασία για το 2023.
Στόχος της διοργάνωσης του Συνεδρίου η υλοποίηση, του οράματος για την προώθηση των Ελληνικών προϊόντων πέρα από τα σύνορα της χώρας και τον απώτερο σκοπό η Ελλάδα να είναι τουριστικός προορισμός 365 ημέρες το χρόνο.

08:00-15:00 OLIVE HARVEST EXPERIENCE & EXCURSION (Bus Departure 08:00) We will travel to Chania Prefecture to visit a the Organic Biolea Olive Estate. At Biolea, we will see and practice traditional methods of harvesting olives, and contrast these with modern methods. We will then take the olives to Biolea’s olive mills and see and taste how their unique extra virgin olive oil is made from a combination of traditional and modern techniques! We will be led through an olive oil tasting session, and culminate our experience with a lunch prepared by Biolea consisting of local “Chania-Style” Cuisine
