Plastika Kritis Signs LoI to Acquire Naturplas

Plastika Kritis S.A. announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to acquire 100% of the shares of Naturplas Industrial SARL (NRI), a Morocco‑based manufacturer of plastic films for greenhouse covering and other agricultural applications. Naturplas recorded €12.5 million in sales in 2025, while its 2026 turnover is estimated to reach €20 million.
The company operates a modern production facility in Tetouan and recently completed an investment in new manufacturing equipment, which more than doubles its production capacity and creates significant potential for further growth.According to Plastika Kritis, the planned acquisition is expected to strengthen the Group’s international footprint and expand its production base. Morocco represents a large and fast‑growing domestic market, offering competitive costs in raw materials, energy and labor. In addition, its geographic position and trade agreements facilitate exports to Europe, the Middle East and Africa, enhancing the strategic value of the investment.
The transaction is expected to be completed within the next quarter, with the final valuation to be determined based on specific financial metrics of the Moroccan company. Plastika Kritis stated that it will keep the investor community informed of all developments and the completion of the transaction, in accordance with applicable regulations.
