
Reconstitution of the Bank’s Board of Directors

In a move that signals continuity and organizational stability, the Board of Directors of Chania Bank proceeded on Tuesday, 16 June 2026, with its formal reconstitution, shaping its new composition for the period ahead. The process concluded with the election of the new leadership team and the confirmation of the members who will assume key roles in the Bank’s governance structure.
Michael Marakakis was appointed Chairman of the Board, while Georgios Androulakis assumes the role of ViceChairman. Ioannis Koulierakis was elected Secretary, and Georgios Farantakis will serve as Treasurer.
The Board is further composed of the following members:
