Cosmos Sport delivered a solid financial performance in the fiscal year ending 31 January 2026, confirming its position as one of the most dynamic and fast growing sportswear retailers in Greece and Cyprus. The company recorded strong revenue growth, improved profitability and significantly enhanced liquidity, reflecting disciplined management and sustained expansion across both physical and digital channels.
Revenue reached €212.17 million, marking a 16.12% year on year increase. Gross profit rose to €92.02 million, while profit before tax climbed to €20.01 million, up 55.17% from the previous year. Net profit after tax reached €15.50 million, demonstrating the company’s ability to convert top line growth into strong bottom line results.
Liquidity strengthened substantially, with cash and cash equivalents rising to €22.69 million from €7.79 million. This shift resulted in a negative net debt position, underscoring the company’s strong capital structure and financial resilience. Total equity increased to €61.09 million, reflecting sustained profitability and reinvestment in the business.
Operational cash flows reached €39.79 million, supported by improved earnings and effective working capital management, including a notable reduction in inventories. Cosmos Sport continued to invest strategically, allocating €7.21 million to tangible and intangible assets to support network expansion and operational efficiency.
The company now operates 96 stores in Greece and 11 in Cyprus, strengthening its regional footprint and omnichannel presence. Workforce growth remained equally strong, with 1,713 employees, supported by extensive training programs exceeding 10,000 hours annually and partnerships with leading academic institutions.
The FY 2025–2026 results highlight Cosmos Sport’s ability to scale sustainably, maintain high liquidity and deliver consistent profitability. With a solid financial base and a clear expansion strategy, the company is well positioned for continued growth in both markets.
