Neapolis University Pafos and RevitUp.direct Sign Memorandum of Understanding

Neapolis University Pafos and RevitUp.direct, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing joint initiatives in education, professional development, research, and connecting the academic community with the labour market. The Memorandum was signed on 14 September 2026 by the Rector of Neapolis University Pafos, Professor Pantelis Sklias, and the Chief Growth Officer of RevitUp.direct, Mr Minas Liapakis.
RevitUp.direct specialises in Hotel Revenue Management, Online Sales & Distribution, Digital & Performance Marketing, Consulting and Training, applying a holistic approach that combines strategy, technology and data analysis to improve the commercial performance and profitability of hotels.
The cooperation includes the placement of University students in internships and work-experience positions, as well as the development of thesis and other academic project topics linked to the company’s real needs and cases. It also provides for RevitUp.direct’s participation in academic activities such as seminars, workshops, lectures and public events.
A particular focus of the cooperation is RevitUp.direct’s participation in the scientific working group established for the development of Neapolis University Pafos’s new Department of Hospitality. The company will also be able to take part in academic activities, including presentations and lectures for postgraduate students and related academic departments.
At a later stage, the two parties are considering RevitUp.direct’s involvement in the development and/or delivery of courses, seminars and lifelong learning programmes at the University, in areas of mutual interest. The company may also submit job vacancies to the University’s Career Office for the information of students and alumni.
The Memorandum has a duration of three years and does not, in itself, create financial obligations for either party. Activities requiring funding, cost-sharing or remuneration will be agreed through separate written agreements.
The signing of the Memorandum represents a further step in RevitUp.direct’s long-term investment in knowledge, education, innovation and human resource development, strengthening the connection between universities, businesses and the tourism market in Greece and Cyprus.
