Ο κ. Μάνος Μπορμπουδάκης ανέλαβε το 2022 τον ρόλο του Chief Operating Officer
του Metaxa Hospitality Group και έχει υπό την ευθύνη του τη λειτουργία και ανάπτυξη του συνόλου των ξενοδοχείων και κεντρικών υπηρεσιών του Ομίλου.
Εντάχθηκε στην ομάδα του Metaxa Hospitality Group το 2005 και απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία και γνώση έχοντας προσφέρει τις υπηρεσίες του από διάφορες θέσεις στον Όμιλο. Το διάστημα 2015 – 2020 διετέλεσε Γενικός Διευθυντής του Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & Spa (σήμερα Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas), συμβάλλοντας στη δυναμική είσοδο του Ομίλου στην αγορά του πολυτελούς τουρισμού. Το 2020 ανέλαβε θέση Γενικού Διευθυντή στον Όμιλο για τον προορισμό της Σαντορίνης, με κύρια αρμοδιότητα τηn περαιτέρω επιχειρηματική επέκταση του Ομίλου στο νησί, όπου το 2023 εγκαινιάστηκε η λειτουργία του Santo Collection Resorts & Villas (Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas, Santo Mine Oia Suites και The Villas by Santo Collection).
Είναι απόφοιτος της Σχολής Διοίκησης και Οικονομίας του ΤΕΙ Κρήτης και κάτοχος του Μεταπτυχιακού Τίτλου Σπουδών από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο “Στρατηγικές Διαχείρισης Περιβάλλοντος, Καταστροφών και Κρίσεων”.
Manos Borboudakis, Chief Operating Officer, Metaxa Hospitality Group
Mr. Manos Borboudakis assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of Metaxa Hospitality Group in 2022, overseeing the overall operations and development of the Group’s hotels and central services.
He joined Metaxa Hospitality Group in 2005 and has served in various positions within the organization, gaining significant experience and knowledge. From 2015 to 2020, he held the position of General Manager at Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & Spa (now Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas), contributing to the Group’s dynamic entry into the luxury tourism segment. In 2020 he took on the role of General Manager Santorini Division at Metaxa Hospitality Group, with primary responsibility for the Group’s further business expansion in the island, leading to the launch of Santo Collection Resorts & Villas in 2023 (Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas, Santo Mine Oia Suites and The Villas by Santo Collection).
He is a graduate of the School of Business and Economics of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and has holds the Postgraduate Degree “Strategic Management of Environment, Disasters and Crises” from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
